In this fourth Wilton class we learned how to make calla lilies, large bows, daisies, and carnations. I practiced the carnations by making Russ' father's day cake. So for the class finale, I chose the daisies. Actually, I asked several people to vote on which cake I should do and everyone liked this one. Since we would be visiting my niece, Shali, over the 4th of July weekend and her birthday is the 6th, I asked her which cake she would like for her birthday----surprise, she chose this one also!!! So here it is:
